We are looking for a person passionate primarily about working with HW for our IT team. We mainly need someone who has the drive to learn new things and procedures! Together with you, we will form a 5-member team. We are a young collective with a passion for outdoor activities. What awaits you here?

• You will primarily be in charge of the functionality of IT equipment in the production part of the company
• IT equipment mainly represents client PCs, handheld barcode scanners, laser printers, thermal printers, scales, and mobile terminals (Windows CE, Android platform)
• The daily workload involves installation and configuration of devices, working with the production QAD system (e.g., creating user accounts, password management, etc.)
• We work with a ticketing system, through which we handle individual requests. Urgent matters, which need to be reacted to promptly, are then solved by phone
• You will be in regular contact with external companies that provide us with service for existing or new HW, or other minor SW adjustments
• We will appreciate the contribution of new ideas for improvement and efficiency based on knowledge gained during daily work, so your opinion will definitely be heard!

What do we require from you?

• Completed secondary education
• Previous experience with installation and administrator work in MS Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of TCP / IP protocol
• Knowledge of user HW (preferably experience with Dell HW - Optiplex PCs, Wyse Thin Clients)
• Previous experience with the Citrix interface is an advantage
• Experience with barcode scanners is an advantage
• Experience with laser and thermal printers is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage
• English at a communicative level (A2 / B1)
• Group B driving license

What should you be like?

• We are not looking for a solo player, a person with a sense of teamwork will fit in well with us
• HW is somewhat your passion (you like taking PCs apart, you have no problem replacing components in a thermal printer, etc.)
• A Phillips screwdriver is not a foreign word to you and people say you have handy hands
• An important aspect is responsibility and mainly the willingness to learn new things!
• You should have a sense of urgency and master the art of prioritizing
• Willingness to work from 6:00 to 14:30
