I initially started working for Kompan on a part-time basis. I found the work on ME and testing the company's entire portfolio interesting, so I decided to switch to full-time employment. Shortly thereafter, I took over the workplace. Since then, I have strived to create a more independent environment, automate and streamline processes, expand equipment, and improve communication and cooperation across the company. Recently, I felt that the time had come to learn new things and move on, so based on a recommendation, I contacted Variant Team, where I am now transferring.
