I joined Kompan with the intention of eventually moving from the workshop to the office. I mentioned this during the interview. Everyone was open to this approach, and overall, the meeting was very positive. I originally planned to stay in the workshop for a few years and then perhaps move on to something else. In the end, I managed to do so in just over half a year. I really appreciate this opportunity to continue growing.
