During my five years in the rope and net structures department, I have never had a dull moment. Thanks to my progression from production operator to team leader and now to production deputy supervisor, I have gained experience that I can pass on to my team, and I also understand their perspective very well. The work at Kompan is varied and brings new challenges every day, but these are easier to face thanks to the great and hard-working team.
